Bathrooms

We specialise in bathroom installation. Your bathroom is more than just cabinets, worktops and chinaware. It is a room that reflects your unique personality and lifestyle. Our team will help you chose, supplying and fitting a high quality bathroom.

A popular alternative is a modern wet room and shower. A wet room is essentially a fully watertight bathroom without a bath or a shower cubicle. Instead, a shower head flows freely into the room which has a gentle gradient to drain away the water. This creates a complete open showering experience however you may wish to install a contemporary glass screen for a feeling of privacy.

Whatever your requirements the team at P.Weston Developments & Installations LTD will do their best to interpret your needs and specify a suitable bathroom suite.

Aluminium Bifold Doors

Aluminium Bifold doors offer impressive opening apertures that can unite internal and external areas creating unique living and social areas. Bifolds can be used in domestic applications as either an alternative to sliding doors, or to open up an entire wall as part of a conservatory; the system will make the most of a beautiful view or bring a garden into the home.

Paul specify’s the leading brand of Bifolds in all his installations which offer a choice of opening configurations to suit any application. Choose to fold the sashes internally or externally, place the opening at the side so the sashes all fold one way, at one end, to create a single entrance door for easy access, or in the middle to give the option of a double door.

Soffit and Fascia

The team at P.Weston developments & installations take the time required to make sure that your soffit and fascia is aligned correctly and fixed back to good condition or new roof timbres.

The soffit board is tucked away under the fascia board. It is usually the board that you see most of from street level. The soffit can be ventilated to allow the flow of air into the roof area. Alternatively, ventilation can be provided over the top of the fascia board. Many people prefer the latter solution these days. Without adequate ventilation, condensation will form in the roof void increasing the risk of timber decay.

The fascia board is the long, straight board that runs along the lower edge of the roof. The fascia is fixed directly to the roof trusses and usually does all the work of supporting the bottom row of tiles and carrying all the guttering.
